We will explain what type of Identification you will need to
have procedure performed at our studio. Alabama State Law requires this Information.
When you come in to our Studio to have a procedure performed
you must have a State issued ID with you. You have to be 18 years old or older
to have a Tattoo performed on you at our studio. We Do Not Tattoo anyone under
18 years of age. You can be under the age of 18 years old to get a Body Piercing
but we will not pierce anyone under 13 years old. You must have a State issued
ID and a parent must accompany you to the studio and fill out a release form and sign for you to be pierced. Your Parent must have a state issued ID to. If you have a
legal guardian He/She must accompany you and have papers from the court stating that He/She is in fact your legal guardian
He/She must also have a State issued ID. If you do not have a state issued ID
you must have a Birth Certificate and your Parent’s name on their ID must match the Birth Certificate if it does not
we need something like a marriage certificate or divorce papers show why you parents name doesn’t match yours but it
must match on some of the legal papers that we require. There are no exceptions
to these rules because State Law requires this information.

No Returns or Exchanges
Customers often ask what is our return policy. Well of
course you can't reurn a Tattoo so there should be no questions about that. The Body Jewelry that we Pierce with, we
do not make. We order all our jewelry and we are not responsible for any damagethat you may cause to the jewelry from
everyday wear, miss-use or even putting the balls on the jewelry wrong. We do not exchange any body jewelry and we do
not give refunds.
